3. Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are based on the information provided and may be subject to change if site conditions differ from what was described.
4. Payment Terms
- •A deposit may be required for larger projects
- •Final payment is due upon completion of work
- •We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or cheque
5. Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule work, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee all our workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Movement in the building structure
- Defects in materials not supplied by us
7. Materials
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for supplying all tiles and materials. We can advise on quantities and recommend suppliers. Materials supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
8. Site Conditions
The customer agrees to:
- Provide access to water and electricity
- Ensure the work area is clear and accessible
- Inform us of any known issues with the substrate
- Make arrangements for pets and children during work
9. Liability
We are fully insured for public liability. We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by unforeseen circumstances.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Airey Tiling and is protected by copyright laws.
